Beater's Cottage is a fantastic detached cottage situated on a country estate, surrounded by a 140-acre sheep farm and woodlands, with the use of an indoor heated swimming pool near Corwen and can sleep eight people in two double bedrooms (one with a king-size four poster bed) and two twin rooms. There is a family bathroom and shower room. The rest of the property contains a kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room with woodburner. There is a games room in the garage with table tennis. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for two cars, and front and rear patios with furniture and BBQ. There is shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna and use of a hard surface tennis court (guest to supply own equipment).
